Shipment processing time

• All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. 

Shipping rates and delivery estimates 

• We ship using Canada Post. Canada Post's delivery standard is 2 - 7 days but this could be subject to delays.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

• All orders will be receive a shipment confirmation. Tracking numbers will be provided for Canadian addresses.  

Customs, duties, and taxes

• The Active Reader is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)
